HerWorld Magazine--My First Fashion Feature

Here are a few pages from my first fashion feature. I worked with Victor Liccioni & Hoang Ahn who worked on the concept and styling--a great team!

Victor Liccioni Portraits

Victor is a friend I've wanted to photograph for a long time. I saw a beautiful photograph of him sitting on the ledge of a window in black and white. Here, we try to make a new version of it. I knew he'd be great in front of the camera as he's always so expressive.

Sasha Tolstikova Portrait

Here's someone who is totally passionate about what she does. It was so lovely to work with Sasha.

Mary Chaplin Portraits

I had such a lovely time working with Mary two weeks ago, doing a styling session with her and bringing in a make-up artist and hairstylist to create this series of portraits. I loved her earnest eyes and could have sat with her all day.

Karavansara Retreat and Residences - Siem Reap

I had the privilege of staying at the Karavansara Retreat and Residences last month, relaxing in the lounge area where the staff brought out Khmer favourites like the Curry Beef Salaman: cubed beef sauteed in garlic, shallots and seasoned with lemongrass, chili, coconut, galangal with a splash of coconut milk.

Then there was the Medley Fresh that made me grin: sticky rice dumplings filled with addictive palm sugar and fresh tropical fruit to lessen the guilt. Writing about it makes me hungry.

Guests can relax by one of the few salt water pools in town while sipping on a smoothie and as the sun sets, move to the lounge by the fish fountain in the middle of the tropical garden. I loved the design and look forward to doing a fashion shoot on the grounds in the future!
